march posting meme - day #1 - fandoms i'm currently in

yeah, yeah, it's been a rough month and feeling things is hard. time is made up anyway.

so summerstorm asked about fandoms i'm currently in, which is good timing because i've been getting into a bunch of stuff just now, as well as holding onto the stuff i was into before.

The Original Three, As It Were

• i'm still trundling along with the 100, and by that i mean i haven't watched it since 3x08 and have no intentions to and will stubbornly cling to my favourite characters and the silly AUs i have made up for them. really i'm in blayesnetwork fandom, bellamy/raven 5ever.
  
  if you don't know the show i'm not going to tell you anything about it because it is bad and annoying. hate an interesting premise that wastes so much potential and by that i mean the stuff that i, personally, am interested in!!



• very much into hockey! main teams are the good boys of the avalanche, the capitals and the leafs, though i've recently been drawn into the flyers, more specifically travis konecny and his small angry gremlin ways. i like what i like okay.
  
  i'm also getting more into women's hockey! i've been keeping up with the nwhl and cwhl playoffs and trawling various hockeys' tumblr tags. i own a riveters t-shirt now because amanda kessel. OH i also own a nate mac jersey! i got it secondhand on ebay and i have no idea when i'll wear it but i love it.



• friends at the table has so much real estate in my brain and in my heart. one day i will catch up with twilight mirage and like, any of the patreon content. stop making so much content, friends!! except please never stop i love what you do so much.
  
  there's a fest on at the moment on twitter and there's been some great content coming out of that. i was just talking to clachnaben on twitter about the theocratic utopia of the twilight mirage and probably i should just write the goddamn meta i've wanted to write since sho showed up. Faith! Feelings!

The Hot New Shiny Things

• i'm watching star trek discovery and i have SO. MANY. EMOTIONS. i've really enjoyed the episodes so far with like, some frustrations, and i love everyone on this goddamn spaceship. michael is my fav, except for how tilly is my fav, except for how tyler is my fav. michael/tilly/tyler is the ot3 of my HEART but michael/tyler is great too.
  
  i checked out the ao3 a little while back and there is dishearteningly little content, so i guess i'm gonna have to make stuff, huh. like the michael/tyler(/tilly) winter soldier au i floated on twitter, which is as devastating as it sounds. mostly it involves a lot of them taking care of each other and doing therapy and healing and growing and building their relationship, which is everything i want for them on this EARTH



• i made the mistake of putting on an episode of umbrella academy last night and then watching half of it and having to stop in the middle of an episode - the groundhog day one - because tireds. i don't know for sure that i'll be fannish about this but i definitely have a billion emotions, and everyone and their mum seems to have watched it so hopefully there will be lots of content? we'll see.


additional things i'm investing mental energy in: i still love the adventure zone but i don't feel massively fannish about it, though i still have some thoughts i'd like to write fic about.

i'm kinda still about buzzfeed unsolved? i just haven't watched it in a while and a lot of the fic is Not For Me but i do have a podfic wip i need to finish.

i'm also writing a fucking gwaine/merlin fic, because apparently bbc merlin feelings are forever and i make content exclusively for myself to enjoy.

I can't believe I, like, care about the Flyers now? And not just in a "Claude Giroux is hot" kind of way but in a "look at that small angry gremlin and all his friends and family who love him" way. Unbelievable.

I haven't watched umbrella yet or finished disco eep, but i'm sure I will at some point due to the sheer content that'll probably come out of both
